Terms of Service

1. General
These terms apply when you create an account, add funds or place an order on Likes4U. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version, and changes do not apply retroactively to orders you have already placed.
2. Services
Services are delivered on third-party social media platforms that Likes4U does not control. Delivery speed, retention and results depend on those platforms, and we do not guarantee engagement, reach or account outcomes. Platforms may limit, remove or penalise activity they consider inauthentic; you are responsible for complying with the rules of the platforms you use. Only services shown as available in the catalog can be ordered.
3. Wallet and orders
Orders are paid from your Likes4U wallet balance. Top-ups are processed by our payment provider on its own hosted page; your balance is credited only after the provider confirms the payment, not when you return to our site. The price, quantity and service details shown when you place an order are recorded with that order.
4. Refunds
If a provider rejects or fails an order, the full order amount is returned to your wallet automatically. Partially delivered and cancelled orders are reviewed through support. See the Refund Policy for details, including how to request a refund of unused balance. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
5. Account use
Do not run several orders for the same link at the same time, including orders placed elsewhere: overlapping deliveries make counts impossible to verify, and such orders may not qualify for a refund of the overlapping portion. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
