What we collect and why

• Account and contact data: name, email, login credentials in protected form, verification and session records, to create and secure an account and respond to requests. The basis is taking steps requested by you, performing the account contract, and protecting the service.
• Order data: the selected service, target URL or username, quantity, quote, order status and support messages, to price, fulfill, track and resolve an order. The basis is contract performance and, where required, legal claims or obligations. Do not submit passwords or unnecessary private information in a target or ticket.
• Payment and wallet data: amount, currency, billing/contact details when requested, payment reference, wallet entries and refunds, to process and reconcile transactions and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Card numbers are entered at the payment provider's hosted checkout, not on Likes4U.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, security logs, session cookies and request identifiers, to run the site, protect accounts, investigate misuse and diagnose errors. Non-essential technologies must not be enabled without a separate consent process where law requires one.
• Optional communications: support-chat contents, email or push-device tokens only if those channels are configured and used, to answer requests or send operational notices. Marketing messages require a separate lawful basis and are not inferred from ordering.

Information comes from you when you register, order, pay or contact us, and automatically from your browser or device when you use the site. Where an approved provider reports order status, that status also becomes part of your order record.

Who receives data

We use infrastructure and service providers only as needed for the activity: web hosting and security, database and cache hosting, email and support tools, and—when enabled—payment processors and the selected order-fulfillment provider. A payment processor receives the billing and transaction details needed for its hosted checkout; an approved fulfillment provider receives only the service, target, quantity and order information needed to perform that order. We may also disclose records to competent authorities where law requires it. We do not sell customer data.

Some infrastructure, support, payment or fulfillment providers may process data outside Türkiye. Any such transfer requires an applicable legal mechanism and service-specific review before that integration is enabled; this notice does not claim that every proposed provider is active or approved.

Storage, cookies and security

We retain account and transaction records for the period needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal retention duties, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required. Security logs and support records are kept only as needed for those purposes. Exact retention periods and international-transfer mechanisms must be confirmed against the final deployed providers before live payments or fulfillment begin.

Essential cookies support login and session security. Optional chat or analytics technologies, if enabled, can set their own cookies; their behavior must be reviewed in the live configuration. We restrict access to data and use encrypted connections, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your KVKK rights

Under Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about processing and transfers, seek correction or deletion where applicable, object to certain solely automated outcomes, and exercise your other statutory rights. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Authority through its lawful procedures.
